This is an idea that can be cherished for a long time. Cardstock works very well for bookmark favors because it is thicker than normal paper and holds up well. The design you want to make can be traced and cut out. Add a picture of the wedding couple and embellish it with your choice of wedding themed decorations.

Another way is to design your bookmarks on the computer where you can add embellishments directly. Using your printer to print the number of favors you will need and then you can cut out the design you created. Use a hole punch to make a hole at the top or bottom and add a ribbon or two and you have a beautiful wedding favor.
