Declutter for 5 minutes

If you seriously need to declutter, the whole process can be quite overwhelming!

However, if you just declutter for 5 minutes a day and focus on one spot at a time (like a shelf or window sill), the job still gets done, but it happens in small increments and you don't feel overwhelmed by it.

Anyhow, that's what I like to do!

Today I cleaned and tossed things on the top of my fridge (and wiped it!) - and it feels so much better!
